Overview:

Over the three lessons, the concept areas of Rhythm, Melody, Form, Expressive Qualities and Harmony are used. Skills developed are Singing, Moving, Listening, Playing Instruments and Creating (including Reading and Writing).

GRADES 3-5

Overview:

Over the three lessons, all six of the concept areas of Rhythm, Melody, Form, Timbre, Expressive Qualities and Harmony are used. Skills developed are Singing, Moving, Listening, Playing Instruments, Creating (including Reading and Writing Music) and Relating music to other subject areas.

Lessons Include:

  2. Form and Composition
  3. Harmony, Haydn, and History
