For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address. We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of adults who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

We will not collect personally identifiable information from your child.

If your child sends us an e-mail with a question or comment, or enters one of our contests, we will respond using his or her e-mail, but will not store it for future communications.

If we know that your child is under the age of thirteen, we will collect your permission offline (by postal mail, fax or phone) before we mail any prizes or share your child's personal information with anyone else.

If your child submits stories, artwork, comments or anything else to us which is posted at our site, he or she will be identified only by name and grade.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

With respect to cookies: Cookies may be set so that some website features function properly. In addition, Classics for Kids uses cookies through our localization options. When you select the radio station on which you listen to Classics for Kids, a cookie (a small piece of computer code with no meaning whatsoever outside the customization process) is placed on your computer's hard drive that recalls this information each time you visit. As a result, you are able to customize your browsing experiences for your local radio station, putting your local station's Classics for Kids schedule, community events, and a link to your local station site at your fingertips every time you visit. At no time will this cookie reveal to others your name, e-mail address, street address, or telephone number, even if you have entered these in other areas of Classics for Kids. Please note that if you arrive at classicsforkids.com from your local radio station website, you will be automatically localized to that station.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

The Classics for Kids website is partially funded by outside sponsors. We will mark any underwriter logos with a "sponsored by" tag.

All links to third party sites from the childrens' pages on Classics for Kids are insulated with a bridge page. These pages clearly notify to the visitor that he or she is leaving Classics for Kids, and offers an opportunity to return to Classics for Kids. We are not responsible for the content or safety and privacy practices at any sites linked from our pages.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. By providing us with your name and phone number, we will be sure your name is removed from the list we share with other organizations. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by or sending e-mail to lthomas@wguc.org.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. You and your child's use of this site are conditioned on your having accepted these terms.
